Archibald Cox, Jr. is chairman of Corrosion Innovations LLC and Corrosion Prevention Technologies LLC. He is also chairman of Sextant Group, Inc., a private investment firm and chairman of Ayablu Incorporated, Fairfield, CT; CEO of Bayesiant, LLC, Elk Grove, CA; and Manager of VHSC Holdings LLC, The Woodlands, TX. He serves on the boards of a number of other privately-owned companies, including Adranos Energetics, Lafayette, IN; EyeLock LLC, New York, NY; Inea International Ltd.,BVI; and Madaket, Inc., Cambridge, MA. In addition, he serves on the board of Unifi, Inc., Greensboro, NC. Mr. Cox has more than 56 years of financial, investment and operating experience and during his career has lived and worked in New York,Indiana, London, Singapore and Toronto. A native of Wayland, MA, Mr. Cox holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Economics from Harvard College (1962) and a MBA (with distinction) from Harvard Business School (1964).

Marlin Lester has more than 30 years of experience in construction maintenance and integrity management services required to maintain material assets in the Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Defense, Aerospace and Power Generation Markets. In the past ten years he has been instrumental in leading companies to exponential growth and acquisition. In September of 2008 Mr. Lester joined RBG USA, Inc. as Vice President of Operations on a new start-up division in Lafayette, Louisiana. In less than 3 years revenues eclipsed $30 million leading to the acquisition by Stork Technical Services in May of 2011. Major contract awards included BP, BHP Billiton, Shell, Chevron, Murphy, and ENI. In June of 2011 Mr. Lester joined The NACHER Corporation as Vice President. From 2011-2013, he led the company to achieve 118% growth. After being promoted to Executive Vice President, he led NACHER to 100% growth in the 2014 fiscal year before MISTRAS Group acquired the company. Major contract awards included BP and Shell, along with Noble Energy and BHP Billiton. He remained with MISTRAS Group as Executive Vice President and Global COE Manager for the next five years. In December of 2019 Mr. Lester joined Corrosion Prevention Technologies as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his tenure he has been instrumental in the merger of multiple entities to form Corrosion Innovations LLC where he will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Gregg Taney brings decades of experience in the coating and blasting industry to the Corrosion Innovations team. He plays a significant role in managing staff and overseeing departmental operations. Taney's responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, helping to build strong customer relationships, maximizing the company's operating performance, and helping to achieve the company's financial goals. Gregg will play a key role in managing sales for the company’s distribution of non-toxic and biodegradable metal surface preparation products that eliminate corrosion.

Jeremi Day has nearly 30 years of experience in facilitating quality program implementation and quality management, project management and estimating, corrosion control consulting, and auditing for industrial and manufacturing operations. As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Day manages sales for Corrosion Innovations distribution of the Corr-Ze™ and Chlor*Rid™ product lines, which are non-toxic, biodegradable metal surface preparation products that eliminate corrosion and provide better coating adhesion. He will also provide technical support and product training to our distribution chain team members and lead technical presentations and product demonstrations. Mr. Day comments that the biggest challenge facing the coating industry today is "finding skilled craftsmen who are truly well-trained and experienced in the craft, and helping owners and contractors understand the importance of proper surface preparation." He believes we solve that problem "by providing a product {Corr-Ze™} that aids in proper cleaning of the surface, thus increasing the service life of the installed corrosion protection system." Matt Valentine brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the corrosion control industry, with deep expertise in specifying, selling, and supporting the application of industrial coating and paint systems. His career spans critical markets including petrochemical, refining, marine, food, and transportation. Matt has successfully represented and sold a wide range of solutions—coatings, tape systems, fireproofing, insulation coatings, surface preparation products, and related equipment—both as a manufacturer’s representative and as a direct employee. A Senior Level III Certified Coatings Inspector, Matt combines technical credibility with real-world field knowledge. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales for the Chlor*Rid® Division, where he helps customers protect assets, meet specifications, and extend service life through proven surface preparation solutions.

John has 20 years of experience in operations and logistics management and is well-respected throughout the industry. He spent the last 15 years with RBG USA, Inc. and remained after @Stork Technical Services acquired the company.
